ENTECHMACH RPC LLC Is licensed by the Federal Service for Environmental Technological and Nuclear Supervision on industrial safety expertise of technical devices used at hazardous production facilities of chemical, petrochemical and oil-refining industries No.ДЭ-00-011868 (НХ), valid until 8/31/2015.
ENTECHMACH RPC LLC. has qualified experts and specialists certified according to the rules of RosTekhNadzor. They have all the necessary certificates and licenses for the examination of industrial safety of the following technical devices:
- Air and gas drive compressors, steam and gas drive turbine.
- Capacitive equipment of explosive and chemically hazardous production facilities, operated under pressure below 16 MPa inclusive.
- Technological pipelines, pipelines of steam and hot water.
- Pumping equipment.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES OF METAL INVESTIGATION AND ISE
METAL MAGNETIC MEMORY METHOD
It combines the capabilities of non-destructive testing, fracture mechanics and general metallurgy.
The main advantages are as follows:
- It does not require special magnetizers;
- The stress points, which are unknown in advance are to be determined in control process;
- It does not require special control surface preparations;
- small size of MMM devices.
The main objective of the method is determination of areas and points containing stress zones.
After that the specific defects are determined by the penetrant inspection, ultrasonic testing, magnetic
particle testing, etc.
ULTRASONIC THICKNESS MEASUREMENT
It is used to determine the thickness of the walls of equipment, which is exposed to corrosive and erosive wear in the continuous service.
It is conducted by the ultrasonic thickness tester BULAT-1M («БУЛАТ-1М»).
CONTROL OF METAL HARDNESS
After considering the results of hardness control there is a measurement of the metal mechanical properties change.
The control is conducted by the portable hardness tester of 54-459M, 54-359M type.
It is carryed out in order to determine the bucket exciting frequency.
The control is conducted by the free vibration frequency meter ICHSK-1 (ИЧСК-1), the measured frequency range is from 22 Hz to 17,400 Hz.
PENETRANT AND FLUOROSCOPIC FLAW DETECTION
Allows to identify surface defects such as cracks, pores, etc.
For the purpose of control are used the sets of flaw detection materials of leading global manufacturers.

VISUAL INSPECTION CONTROL
CONTROL OF METAL MICROSTRUCTURE CHANGE
Determination of changes in the metal structure during continuous operation by the method of metallo graphic replicas on polished areas of 30x30 mm. The research is conducted at steady-state conditions on an optical microscope, such as MIKROMED MET with a CANON set of visualization, which allows to make
the full metallographic analysis of metals in the laboratory conditions without specimen cut-offs.
